District 8 District 8 met at the Joseph N. Nicollet Tower and Interpretive Center near Sisseton, SD, October 4, 2006. A few of us climbed the 75-foot observation tower for a spectacular view of the Coteau des Prairies, hills of the prairies. You can see three states from the tower (ND, SD, MN). The view was spectacular. The fall foliage was gorgeous. Photos by Bonnie Fosheim.
