Deputy Auditor/Tax Equalization Director
Applications are being accepted for the position of Deputy
Auditor/Tax Equalization Director. Responsible for making appraisals of
residential, commercial, & ag properties and maintaining complete and accurate
records to establish valuations for tax purposes. Must have knowledge of ND
property tax laws, sales ratio studies, assessment roll preparation, factors
affecting valuations, and perform accurate and complete computations of land and
building values. Must have ability to communicate and deal with property owners
and public, and provide advice, recommendations and statistics to the County
Commission.
Starting Salary range: $47,568 - $65,424

Happy Birthday, Russ!
 
July 27th was the "new kid's" 24th birthday. Granted, Russ has been here for
almost a year now...but we still tease him that he's the rookie. This is what we
did to his cube this morning. :o)
We also sang happy birthday to him outside during our fire drill...in front
of half the building. Then we ordered Chinese in for lunch and had the room
decorated with a bunch of old pics his mom sent us. It was a good day. :)
